Join OSLC for Nerf Night on Friday, January 18, 2013! This event is for children and youth in Grades 4-8. For only $5, you get pizza and hours of Nerf blasting fun. We will meet at OSLC at 5 PM and carpool over to St. Matthew’s in Renton where the event takes place. Children and youth are invited to bring their own Nerf blasters. We do have extra if you don’t have one. The event will end by 9 PM. To sign-up, contact Pastor Ryan ([email protected]). Activity permission forms are also required, which you can get from Pastor Ryan or the church office ([email protected]).

Do you have a Middle Schooler or a High Schooler in your family? Are you looking for fun, friendship, and spiritual growth in a safe and loving environment? The youth that participate in the life of our community come from over a dozen area schools. We always focus on welcoming new participants, so even if you’ve never participated or been absent for a long time, we make it easy to get involved. Whether or not you participated in Sunday School as a child or have made a habit of it with your children, you are encouraged to consider the value of time spent in nurturing the faith of your child or youth. At OSLC, our model for growing lives of faith is oriented towards families. We see our community, not simply as a collection of individuals, but as a beautiful web of families that are interconnected by their relationships with one another and with Jesus Christ at our center.
