Worship

One of our core values at Our Savior Lutheran Church is to be accessible. In his letter to the Romans the Apostle Paul wrote how through Jesus Christians have been given access to God’s grace (Romans 5:2). For this reason when OSLC comes together as a community to worship God we try and make it approachable regardless of your background.

As we gather on Sunday mornings each service is dynamic and evolving, integrating new and traditional music and liturgies, drama and creativity. Drawing on a rich heritage of Lutheran worship and song, we gather, listen to God’s Word, receive the sacrament of Holy Communion, and are sent out into the mission field to share God’s love with all people.  

Worship services are held at 10am, each Sunday morning.

A number of different musical groups regularly offer the gift of their talents these groups include:

  • Chancel Choir
  • Memorial Bells
  • Special Soloists Opportunity

In addition to Sunday morning services, we enjoy:

  • Ash Wednesday Worship
  • Lenten Suppers and Worship Services (five Wednesdays at 7:00 pm)
  • Holy Week Services
  • Easter Worship
  • Christmas Eve Worship 

Holy Communion is offered year-round at all Sunday morning services.  We have a space in our Narthex for young children, and a separate unstaffed nursery available. Our facilities are wheelchair accessible and hearing assist devices are available in the sanctuary.
